Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the items in their original Montsand box, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
